Ryan Gardner

Ryan Gardner is the general counsel and corporate secretary at E-Space. He oversees the Company’s legal, ethics, privacy and compliance efforts, and ensures E-Space is transparent and legally compliant with its international policies and procedures.

Before joining E-Space, Ryan served as a strategic counselor to OneWeb during the Company’s most transformational years. Prior, he worked in private practice, acting as outside general counsel to several small- and mid-size organizations, providing legal support in the areas of venture financing, corporate governance, employment practice, and commercial disputes. He began his legal career with Hogan & Hartson LLP (now Hogan Lovells) in Washington, D.C.

Ryan specializes in building global governance and legal frameworks, which will serve E-Space as it continues to expand its organization in the highly complex global space environment.
