Martin Becker is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in power electronics and energy systems. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Engineering for Energy Storage at e-STORAGE since September 2019, Martin has held significant roles including Chief Technical Officer at Princeton Power Systems, where responsibilities included power electronics design and micro-grid control from February 2013 to August 2019. Prior experience also encompasses a position as a Power Electronics Design Engineer at MLT Drives and a Technical Officer in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the University of Cape Town, where coordination of graduate and post-graduate students was a key focus. Martin holds an MSc Eng in Power Electronics Design from Stellenbosch University, completed in 2004.
