Eric Shaner is an accomplished automation and validation engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, earned in 2020. Eric began his career as a Teaching Fellow at the University from August 2018 to May 2020, before transitioning to roles as an Automation Engineer at Catalent Pharma Solutions in April 2020 and a Chemical Engineer/Process Technician at AstraZeneca from July 2020 to January 2021. Subsequently, Eric joined JSat Automation Inc as an Automation and Validation Engineer, holding the position from January 2021 to May 2025, and advanced to Automation and Validation Engineer III at E Tech Group, starting in May 2025.
