Neil Norris has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Neil started their career at Hewlett Packard Enterprise in 1980 and held the role of Americas Workplace Services Manager for 25 years. In 2006, they became the CEO of e-work.com, a leading provider of interactive assessments, training, and workflow products. Neil's expertise lies in implementing global best practices for new ways of working in the evolving workplace.

Neil Norris attended the University of North Florida from 1976 to 1978, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Neil then proceeded to pursue an MBA in Business Management and Accounting at Mercer University from 1982 to 1984.
