Brian K. serves as the Group Compliance Director for Ethics, Culture & Integrity at e&, a position held since March 2021, reporting directly to the Group Chief Legal and Compliance Officer. Brian leads the design and implementation of a comprehensive Ethics, Culture & Integrity programme, contributing to significant achievements such as developing the first e& Code of Conduct and a Supplier Code of Ethical Conduct, along with delivering the inaugural Annual Integrity report. Prior experience includes roles at Vodafone, FirstGroup plc, Johnson Matthey, and FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, where Brian focused on compliance frameworks, risk management, and legal support. Brian holds multiple law degrees, including an LL.M. from SOAS University, and is furthering expertise in sustainability studies and financial crime prevention through ongoing education.
