Calvin Shaw is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Vice President – Corporate and M&A at e& since April 2022, Calvin has previously held various roles at Herbert Smith Freehills from July 2010 to April 2022, including Senior Associate, Associate, and Solicitor, along with experiences as a Paralegal and Summer Clerk. Calvin holds a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours and a Bachelor of Art History and Theory from UNSW, complemented by an exchange program at Boston College Law School and advanced negotiation training from the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford.
