Joseph Kisrwani

Joseph Kisrwani serves as Group Vice President Legal at e&, overseeing the Legal Assurance framework, Global Data Privacy, and AI Ethics, along with legal engagements related to the e& - Vodafone Strategic Alliance. Previously, Joseph held the position of Group Senior Legal Counsel at e& Group, managing legal advice on commercial projects, data protection, intellectual property, and arbitration matters. Before joining e&, Joseph was General Counsel for the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa at Alcatel-Lucent, where leadership extended to a team supporting the corporate presence in the META region and serving on multiple Board of Directors across various subsidiaries. Joseph's earlier roles at Alcatel-Lucent included Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Advisor, providing extensive legal guidance on corporate transactions. Joseph began a legal career as a Corporate/Commercial Lawyer at Blackstone Waterhouse Lawyers and holds a Master of Law and Legal Practice in Commercial Law from the University of Technology Sydney.
