Kevin Hegarty

Kevin Hegarty is an experienced risk management professional currently serving as the Director of Group Enterprise Risk and Internal Controls at e& since April 2022. Kevin is responsible for overseeing risk management in e& life and e& International and regularly reports to the Group CEO and Board Risk Committee. Prior to this, Kevin held senior roles in enterprise risk management at Dubai Aerospace Enterprise and RBC, where responsibilities included developing risk frameworks and managing operational risks. Kevin began a career in auditing at PwC and gained foundational experience in compliance and control at Manulife, enhancing strategic risk management practices throughout the profession. Kevin holds a Chartered Accountant designation from CPA Canada and an ACA from Chartered Accountants Ireland, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies from the University of Limerick.
