Saad Farooq serves as the Director of International Regulatory Affairs at e&, focusing on international operations in regions including Asia, the Middle-East, EU, and Africa since April 2023. Previously, Saad held the position of Advisory Council Member at Harvard Business Review and acted as the Director of Public Policy, Regulatory & Advocacy at GSMA, where strategic regulatory initiatives were led across over 100 countries. Saad's career includes significant roles in regulatory affairs and payments at Oxygen8 Group and customer lifecycle management at Ufone 4G. Saad began the professional journey as a Financial Analyst and advanced to Senior Business Analyst at Catalyst Managerial Group.
