Robert Gaddy has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Robert began their career as a Lead Installation and Maintenance Technician at Cavalier Telephone in 2001, where they worked on the installation and repair of telephone lines and conducted troubleshooting. Robert then moved on to BOPAT Electric Company Incorporated in 2003 as an Electrician Apprentice, gaining experience in installing, modifying, repairing, and troubleshooting electrical systems. In 2005, they joined Verizon as a Communication Lineman, Installation and Maintenance Technician, and FIOS Technician, where they climbed power poles, operated bucket trucks, and performed various tasks related to the installation and maintenance of telephone lines and equipment. During their time at Verizon, they also worked with copper and fiber cable and equipment. In 2010, they became a Property Preservation Manager at GCS Foreclosure, LLC, a position in which they remained until 2011. Their most recent role was as a Project Manager at E2 Optics, starting in 2013. Throughout their career, Robert has accumulated a range of skills and knowledge in telecommunications, electrical systems, and project management.

Robert Gaddy attended Laurel Ridge Community College for an unspecified period until 2010, where they pursued an Electrical Apprentice Program. Simultaneously, they studied at Kaplan University, completing their Associate's degree in Information Systems in 2009. Gaddy continued their education at Kaplan University, specializing in Systems, Networking, and LAN/WAN Management/Manager. Additionally, they enrolled at NOVA Community College to pursue General Studies, but the start and end dates for this program are unknown.
