Terry Markham

Terry Markham, PMP, is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in construction management, particularly within government and military projects. Currently, Terry is overseeing ground-up construction at Ft. Sam Houston for DNI (Delaware Nation Industries) and managing projects for E2 Optics. Prior experiences include managing municipal, county, state, and federal projects at LMC Corporation, as well as serving as Construction Contract Manager and Technical Specialist III at Williams, where skills in process improvement and Lean Management were leveraged. Earlier roles included project scheduling at Chesapeake Energy and Terra Health Inc., where responsibilities encompassed managing schedules for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers medical projects and implementing project controls for significant initiatives in collaboration with Orleans Parish Public Schools. Terry's educational background includes study at San Antonio College and Sul Ross State University.
