E2 is an architectural Design + Compliance firm headquartered in Calgary, Alberta CANADA (Studio Calgary), serving the master-planned community development industry since 1986.

For over four decades, we have operated at the intersection of architectural controls, regulation, and market performance — stabilizing complex development ecosystems so communities perform.

As regulatory frameworks become more layered and market pressures intensify, architectural & related design guidelines can either create friction or create clarity.

We ensure they create clarity.

We author and evolve market-aware design guidelines.
We administer architectural controls, lot siting, grading, setbacks & utility pathways with consistency and transparency.
We conduct structured plan reviews and inspections.
We align developers, municipalities, builders, and consultants inside high-performance community systems.

Our role is structural — not cosmetic.

Today, E2 is advancing next-generation compliance intelligence through structured rule modeling, predictive workflow analysis, and AI-assisted design & review systems.

From Studio Calgary, we serve communities across Canada and the United States. With the establishment of Studio Medellín, we are expanding our international delivery capacity — strengthening innovation, efficiency, and global perspective across LATAM.

E2 Design + Compliance.
