Tracy Chavez

Tracy Chavez is an experienced professional in plant and operations management, holding the title of Plant Manager at e2e Pharma since January 2022 and at American Contract Systems (ACS) since December 2012. At ACS, Tracy oversees the production, assembly, and sterilization processes while ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. Prior to these roles, Tracy served as Operations Manager at General Dynamics C4 Systems from 1999 to July 2012, focusing on warehouse operations and lean manufacturing principles. Earlier in the career, Tracy worked as a Project Leader at Motorola Solutions from August 1986 to January 2000, where responsibilities included scheduling production runs and defect tracking. Tracy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix between 1993 and 1995.
