e2its is the brand under which I operate as an independent technology executive — combining executive leadership, AI product development and venture building.

I've been working with AI since 2016 — before anyone called it AI. In that first phase I built 𝗴𝗗𝗮𝘆𝗙, an open-source workflow engine for machine learning pipeline orchestration, applied in real projects for Airbus Group and Heineken Group. While others were discovering machine learning, I already had predictive models in production with over 86% accuracy.

Today that foundation translates into three lines of activity:

▸ 𝗙𝗥𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗖𝗧𝗢: C-Level technology leadership for startups and SMEs under a gain-sharing model. 360° audit, strategic roadmap and technology-business alignment. Without the fixed cost of a full-time CTO.

▸ 𝗧𝗘𝗖𝗛𝗡𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗟 𝗖𝗢-𝗙𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗥: Active involvement in MVP-stage projects contributing architecture, product strategy and technical execution from day one.

▸ 𝗩𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗘 𝗦𝗧𝗨𝗗𝗜𝗢: Analysis and co-founding of ventures where robotics and AI create new business models — such as solar O&M automation (RaaS) in a $𝟭𝟰.𝟱𝗕 market.

Proprietary IP: 𝗺𝗶 𝗔𝗜 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 — an Agentic AI engineering framework rated 𝟴.𝟴/𝟭𝟬 in external benchmarking, currently in production.

Not a consultancy. No hourly billing. Skin in the game on every project.
