Bud Mathaisel possesses extensive experience in strategy and technology consulting, currently serving as Advisor to the Board at Honda North America Finance since September 2012. Involvement with the Audit Committee Roundtable of Orange County and contributions as a Guest Researcher and Writer for PwC enhance insights into best practices and strategic technology applications. As the Owner of Consilium Consulting, Bud Mathaisel delivers business and technology strategy consulting services. Additional board experience includes a Directorship on the Board and Audit Committee at E2open since July 2005. Previous roles include leadership positions at Achievo, Solectron, Ernst and Young, and Mercer Management Consulting. Bud Mathaisel holds both BS and MS degrees in Engineering and Operations Research from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, complemented by an educational background at Babson College.
