Senior Manager Customer Support

Chuck Simpkins has extensive experience in customer support and technical services, currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Support at E2open since July 2019 and simultaneously fulfilling the same role at Amber Road since April 2012. In these positions, Chuck provides global enterprise escalation support to over 300 customers across various logistics applications, including trade compliance and supply chain visibility. Prior to these roles, Chuck was a Senior Technical Services Manager at RedPrairie from May 2005 to April 2012. Chuck's educational background includes studies at Charles County Community College from 1987 to 1989 and completion of high school at Thomas Stone High School.
