Craig Thomas has extensive experience in the technology and service sectors, with a focus on customer solutions and account management. Currently serving as Director of Customer Solutions at E2open since August 2015, Craig oversees cloud-based software solutions for various industries including supply chain and high technology. Prior to E2open, Craig held roles at Projectplace as an Account Manager, where contributions were made to social project collaboration tools, and at PGi as an Account Executive, supporting cloud-based conferencing solutions. Additional experience includes leadership in direct sales at Scottish and Southern Energy and a solid educational background in contemporary music from Middlesex University and the Academy of Contemporary Music.
