Helen Kim

Helen Kim is an experienced professional in business intelligence and analytics, currently serving as the Manager of Business Intelligence at e2open since May 2022. In this role, Helen trains and manages ETL engineers and BI developers, guiding enterprise customers through the complete analytics solution delivery cycle. Previously, Helen worked as a Business Intelligence Engineer and Developer at Logistyx Technologies, focusing on developing Analytics products and integrating data into a unified data warehouse. Helen has extensive experience in managing and reporting metrics in educational program evaluation at WE and has held various roles that involve coordination and project management, including facilitating employment for vulnerable populations as Managing Director of Turning Point Montreal. Helen holds a Certificate in Data Analytics from Ryerson University and has further education from McGill University and The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
