Jules Rivera

Jules Rivera is an experienced collections and credit management professional with a strong background in managing accounts receivable and risk analysis across various industries. Currently serving as Collections Manager at E2open since September 2019, Jules previously held positions at BluJay Solutions, Accu-Tech Corporation, and Golden Peanut and Tree Nuts, where responsibilities included processing cash reports and reconciling financial transactions. Additional experience includes supervising staff and conducting financial reviews at Siemens, managing substantial receivables at Imerys, and overseeing cash management across Central and South America at Merisel Inc. Educational qualifications include studies in Business Administration from Santa Monica College, alongside various certifications related to financial management and operations from institutions including MCI-Verizon and Sun Microsystems. Jules also has a foundational background in accounting from De Anza College and military experience with the US Army in accounts receivable operations.
