Jyoti Jain

Jyoti Jain is a Senior Program Manager in Professional Services at E2open, where they lead efforts to deliver world-class customer experiences through dedication, planning, and collaboration. With a solid foundation in project management and customer relationship management, Jyoti has held various roles at E2open since 2018, including Associate Manager of Customer Services and Program Manager. Prior to their current position, Jyoti served as a Senior Business Analyst at Zyme, managing client relationships and operational processes in the Hi-Tech industry. Jyoti holds a Bachelor's degree in English Honours from The Bhawanipur Education Society College and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from IIPM.
