Katie Koster, PHR, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at e2open since June 2017, Katie focuses on optimizing internal customer experiences and aligning HR functions with business objectives. Prior to e2open, Katie worked as a Store Manager at Gordmans, where notable achievements included facilitating new store openings and enhancing team retention and development. Katie also held the position of Executive Team Leader at Target, driving sales performance and fostering a culture of financial accountability and team inclusivity. Earlier in a career as an Independent Business Owner at CK auto glass repair, Katie developed foundational business management skills.
