Leo Ross

Leo Ross has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being the VP of Human Resources Europe at E2open starting in 2019. Prior to this, they held the position of VP of Human Resources EMEA at NICE Ltd from 2012 to 2019, where they played a key role in scaling the EMEA business and executing HR plans for strategic investments. Leo also worked as an HR Director at NICE Ltd from 2003 to 2012, and as an HR Manager at Anite from 2000 to 2003, where they built scalable HR infrastructure and supported company growth. Leo'searlier experience includes working as an HR Business Partner at NTL (Virgin Media) from 1998 to 2000, where they led the HR workstream for a major acquisition and provided support to various business divisions.

Leo Ross earned a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from London South Bank University from 1990 to 1993. Leo then pursued a Master of Arts (MA) in Commercial Law at the University of Portsmouth from 2002 to 2005. More recently, in 2016, Leo attended CEDR to study Commercial and Workplace Mediation and Dispute Resolution, with no specified end year.
