Lynn Holmgren is currently the EVP, Chief Administrative Officer at E2open. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President Global Customer Experience and inside sales/care solutions center at TE Connectivity from January 2018 to December 2021. During their time at TE Connectivity, they grew the business from $45M to over $225M in 2 years. Lynn's role expanded to include all customer experience standards and efforts for TE globally; including research, scorecard metrics, data interpretation and customer experience goal setting in partnership with 3 divisions and 11 Business Units. Lynn also lead the overall Global Customer Experience Council, which consisted of 12 VP peers and 4 directors across all functional specialties; IT, finance, quality etc., along with business units. From January 2013 to December 2015, Lynn served as the Head (CXO) Global Customer Operations for Millicom Group - Millicom International Cellular (Tigo).
Lynn Holmgren has a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of North Dakota. Lynn is also certified in Diversity and Inclusion from eCornell and in Change Management from Prosci.
They are on a team with Peter Hantman - COO & EVP, Global Business Units, Joy Burkholder Meier - EVP, Human Resources & Training, and David Kenneson - Sector President, Manufacturing. Lynn Holmgren reports to Michael Farlekas, CEO.
