Michael Palmer

Michael Palmer has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Michael currently works at e2open as a Technical Product Owner Lead since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at MediKredit Integrated Healthcare Solutions from 2016 to 2022, holding positions such as Technical Product Owner and Technical Team Lead. At MediKredit, they played a key role in product development, translating business needs into technical requirements and leading software development teams. Before that, they worked as a Software Developer at FNB South Africa from 2014 to 2016, specializing in Electronic Payments. Their earlier experience includes working as a Web Developer at DESIGN QUARTER - Angela Nichol Interior Design from 2011 to 2012, where they focused on eCommerce website design and development.

Michael Palmer obtained an ITBLP Certificate in COBOL Programming at Belgium Campus ITversity in 2013. Michael then pursued a Diploma in IT at the same institution from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Matric Exemption at St. Charles College from 2004 to 2008, focusing on the Higher International General Certificate field of study. Additionally, Michael has obtained certifications in Concepts of Data Processing and is an ITUC Certified COBOL Programmer from ITUC.
