Mirko Mantik has extensive experience in customer support and services, primarily within the software industry. Since January 2001, Mirko has worked at E2open, formerly known as BluJay Solutions and its predecessors, progressing to the role of Customer Support Manager in October 2013. Responsibilities include overseeing 1st and 2nd level application and technical support for the BluJay Clearing Center and related ASP & SaaS solutions. Prior to E2open, Mirko served as Director Services Germany at BluJay Solutions, managing support services and infrastructure for ASP operations, and held various managerial and support roles at Kewill, beginning in February 2000. Education includes an IT-Systemkaufmann degree with a focus on business administration in information and telecommunications technology from Hartnack-Schule Offenbach GmbH and an Energieanlagenelektroniker degree from Akzo Nobel AG.
