Samuel Link has extensive experience in sales and account management in the technology and software industry. Samuel started their career in 1992 as a Sales Director at BASIS Technology, where they successfully sold to state and local governments and telecommunication accounts. Samuel also achieved top salesperson and representative awards during their time there. Samuel then moved on to Pacific Access Computers in 1995, where they managed a team of representatives and was responsible for prospecting clients, conducting needs analysis, and managing projects. In 1997, they joined CA as a Sales Executive, focusing on selling AS/400 based ERP solutions. Samuel consistently achieved their sales quotas during their time there. In 2002, Samuel joined Infor as an Account Manager and later became a Senior Account Manager, selling to Fortune 1000 accounts and achieving quota club membership twice. Samuel continued their career at Bramasol, Inc. as an Account Executive from 2009 to 2011 and at Wonderware as an Account Executive from 2011 to 2012, primarily working with food & beverage companies, biomedical, and consumer packaged goods industries. From 2012 to 2015, Samuel was a Senior Account Manager at Infor, helping 70,000 customers in 194 countries improve operations. After that, they worked as a Senior Client Executive at JDA Software from 2015 to 2017, providing end-to-end retail and supply chain planning solutions for over 4,000 customers worldwide. Most recently, Samuel joined Model N in 2017 as a Senior Account Executive, and in 2018, they became the Senior Customer Success Director at E2open, where they focus on creating a more connected and intelligent supply chain.
Samuel Link attended California State University-Sacramento from 1983 to 1987, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance. Additionally, during this period, they also acquired a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics.
