Sharon Cha

Sharon Cha has extensive experience in customer success and account management, currently serving as Senior Director of Customer Success at E2open China since July 2011. In addition to this role, Sharon has held positions as Country Manager, Asia Account Director, and Program Director within the same company. Prior to joining E2open, Sharon worked at Exact China as a Project Manager/Consultancy Manager from May 2006 to May 2011 and served as a Business Consultant, Pre-sales Consultant, and Project Manager at SL Information Malaysia from April 1999 to April 2006. Sharon began her career as a System Support Executive at Lokco Rubber Industries Sdn Bhd from June 1996 to March 1999.
