Sofia Theint is a seasoned professional in the technology field, currently serving as Senior Manager of Enterprise Service Engineering at e2open since July 2013. With a progressive career at e2open, Sofia initially held roles such as Customer Success Engineer and Application Engineer before becoming Team Lead and then Manager. In the current position, Sofia oversees a team of 15 engineers, focusing on providing support across the APAC, EMEA, and America regions to ensure customer success and optimal resource utilization.
