Syed Faizal

Syed Faizal started their work experience in 2009 at AmBank Berhad, where they worked as a Senior Analyst, Datawarehouse & ETL Developer. Their responsibilities included analysis, design, development, client interaction, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support using various ETL, BI, and DB tools. In 2013, they joined Standard Chartered Bank as a Senior Software Test Engineer and worked there until 2019. Finally, in 2019, Syed Faizal joined E2open as a Quality Assurance Lead.

Syed Faizal completed a Bsc in Computing with a focus on Computer Science from the University of Greenwich from 2006 to 2009. Additionally, they pursued a Diploma of Education in Information Technology at SEGi College Kuala Lumpur. No specific start or end years were provided for the Diploma program.
