Veronica Lewis

Veronica Lewis, MPM, currently serves as the Manager of Application Support at e2open since October 2022. Previously, Veronica held the position of Manager of Technology Change at NeuGen from September 2021 to October 2022 and worked as a Change Management Consultant at V-Soft Consulting Group, Inc. from October 2020 to September 2021, focusing on IT Change Management processes. Veronica's extensive experience includes a tenure at Amdocs as a Software Solutions Manager, where responsibilities included managing cross-functional teams and overseeing the application support for various consumer services. Prior positions included serving as Sr Technical Director at AT&T, where business operations for critical applications were assured, and Technical Director at Ameritech Communications, where team management and process development were key roles. Veronica holds a Master of Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management Information Systems from Alverno College.
