Aurelien Segond

Aurelien Segond has a diverse work experience spanning various companies.

From 2000 to 2008, they worked at Brother France as a SAP R/3 Service Super User and later as a SAP SERVICE SUPER USER R/3 (CS).

In 2008, they joined Brother International as a SAP CRM Functional Consultant, where they played a crucial role in designing and delivering SAP CRM/R3 Service Solutions across Europe. Aurelien successfully completed multiple SAP CRM rollouts and also worked on SAP CRM Upgrade 4 to 7 for all European countries until 2011.

In 2011, they joined Infosys as a CRM Principal Consultant, serving as the CRM Team Lead for Infosys Limited for the Service team. Aurelien managed the planning and delivery of SAP CRM Onsite Service Team, participated in solutioning demos and reporting to project management teams. Aurelien also supported system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and training of users. Aurelien provided migration support for cutover activities and was involved in designing various scenarios for core processes with SAP CRM.

In 2013, Aurelien Segond joined Capgemini as a Managing Application Consultant & Hybris CEC Architect. Aurelien played a key role in managing application consulting and architecting the Hybris CEC platform until 2018.

From 2014 to 2018, they also served as the Managing Application Consultant, C/4 Architect, and UK C/4 Capability Lead at Capgemini UK PLC, where they led the C/4 capability in the UK and provided application consulting expertise.

Ultimately, in 2018, Aurelien Segond joined e2y as the Director of Consulting, overseeing consulting operations, and later became the Director of Technology in June 2020.

Aurelien Segond's education history begins in 2000 when they attended IFITEP for a Master's degree in Electronics - development (Program coding). Aurelien also studied at Polytech Sorbonne during this time, earning a D.E.U.S.T in Electronics from 2000 to 2002. Afterwards, they returned to Polytech Sorbonne to pursue a Master's degree in Industrial Technology & Electronics, which they completed in 2005.

In terms of additional certifications, Aurelien Segond has obtained the Mirakl Architect Certified and Mirakl Business Analyst Certified credentials from Mirakl in June 2022. Aurelien also holds a SAP C/4HANA certification from SAP C4Hana and CX, which they obtained in March 2019.
