Michael Moore

Michael Moore is a Principal at E3 Advisory, where they have been since 2016, specializing in procurement and contract advisory services for transport infrastructure projects. With over 30 years of experience in civil construction, Michael has been involved in the development, procurement, and delivery of significant road, rail, tunnel, bridge, and airport projects. Before joining E3 Advisory, they held senior leadership roles at Evans & Peck and Baulderstone Hornibrook, focusing on project and technical management. Michael’s career began at Transfield Construction, where they worked as a Project Manager. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering at UNSW Australia.
