Brandy Plotner

Brandy Plotner is the Founder and CEO of E3 Business Consulting, a role they've held since 2023. They are a retired military analyst turned business owner who serves small businesses through technology-focused business development, technical military applications, and government procurement. Their prior roles included Intelligence Director for the Joint Special Operations Task Force – Somalia (2020–2021), Intelligence Director for Carrier Air Wing THREE (2017–2019), and Intelligence Operations Officer with Naval Special Warfare Group TWO (2019–2020), as well as a transitioning/retiring Naval Officer in 2021. They are pursuing a Master of Arts in Executive Leadership at Liberty University, and earned a BA in International Relations and Affairs from Old Dominion University (2003–2006).
