Founded in 2017 by Amy Hill, e3 is a Central Arkansas based, non profit organization that serves students in the local public school system. Our mission is to aid students in achieving academic, social and relationship success in our communities through mentoring. Our vision is to engage students with a trusted adult mentor that helps them navigate life's opportunities and challenges that will equip them for personal growth and success. We do this by introducing them to core values and leadership principles that resonate with today's students. We believe in the guidance and encouragement of a mentor we will empower students to discover their true purpose by equipping them for servant leadership roles. We are about filling the gap in the student mentoring and creating change in child's life one mentoring relationship at a time.
