Arne Olson is a Senior Partner at Energy and Environmental Economics, Inc. Previously, Arne worked as a Senior Energy Policy Specialist at the Washington State Department of Commerce and as a Consultant at Decision Analysis Corporation. Arne holds a Master of Science degree in International Energy Management and Policy from the University of Pennsylvania and Ecole nationale supérieure du Petrole et des Moteurs, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematical Sciences from the University of Washington.
