Brian Horii

Brian Horii is a Senior Partner at Energy & Environmental Economics with expertise in costing, ratemaking, integrated resource planning, generation system valuation, forecasting, decentralized energy systems, and energy efficiency. Prior to their current role, Brian served as Supervisor of Electric Rates at Pacific Gas and Electric Company and as Solar Neighborhood Coordinator at City of Palo Alto. Brian holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Resource Planning and Civil Engineering from Stanford University.
