Leo Vincent is a skilled policy advisor with extensive experience in environmental policy and clean energy initiatives. Currently serving at E3G since September 2022, Leo contributes to the Clean Economy and Electrify Heat Coalition, as well as the Place Based Transition. Previously, Leo held a policy officer position at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, focusing on the Northern Ireland Strategy, and served as a policy advisor at the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, where responsibilities included managing the Renewable Obligation Scheme and collaborating on policy development. Additional experience includes working as an English language teacher at Kidsco Sprachschule and a data analyst at Monument Group, where Leo was involved in capital raising projects. Leo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geopolitics from the University of Birmingham and completed a course at Harvard Business School Online.
