Rob Moore is the Associate Director of Public Banks and Development at E3G, a position held since 2024. Previously, Rob served as Head of Global Sustainable Finance and Carbon Markets at the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero from 2022 to 2024, where they led strategic initiatives for the UK's green finance objectives. Between 2019 and 2022, Rob was the Head of Climate Finance, Technology Transfer and Capacity Building for the COP26 Presidency. Rob's earlier roles included being an Energy & Climate Policy Advisor at HM Treasury from 2014 to 2016, contributing to energy and climate strategy development. They hold a Master of Science degree in Sustainability, Planning & Environmental Policy from Cardiff University, where they graduated with distinction.
