Viktor Ahlgren

Viktor Ahlgren is a researcher currently working at E3G since September 2022, following a role as a Junior Researcher. Previously, Viktor contributed as a Research Volunteer for the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs from July 2021 to January 2022, focusing on the 2022 UN E-Government Survey and conducting detailed analyses of e-government provisions. Additionally, Viktor served as a Field Volunteer for Movement On The Ground in June 2021, providing logistical support in a refugee camp in Lesvos, and previously researched sustainability efforts in Sweden for the Energy Globe Foundation. Viktor holds a Master of Science in Global Affairs from King's College London and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford.
