Sello Lesholi

Sello Lesholi is an experienced IT professional with a background in technical support and customer service. Currently serving as a Technical Support Help Desk representative at e4 Strategic since February 2023, Sello previously held roles at UCS Solutions and BCX from July 2015 to February 2023, where responsibilities included resolving calls within SLA standards and providing IT retail support. Sello started as a Data Capturer at MiWay Insurance Limited from August 2013 to June 2015, specializing in customer interactions and quote comparisons. Sello holds a National Diploma in IT with a focus on Information Technology Project Management from Central University of Technology, Free State, completed in 2012.
