Sheldon Morais has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the technology and operations fields. From 2015 to the present, they have been with E4E Relief, where they have held positions such as Vice President of Software Engineering, Vice President of Product Management & Solution Delivery, and Vice President of Technology. Prior to that, they worked at the American Red Cross from 2011 to 2015, serving as an Operations Support Data Analyst and a Donor and Client Support Specialist Lead.

Sheldon Morais has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, with a minor in Business Administration, from East Carolina University. Additionally, they have completed the Management Development Program at Harvard Business School.
