E4TheFuture created the #FacesofEE initiative to show the power of the US energy efficiency workforce. In 2024-25 E4TheFuture partnered with the Building Performance Association to refresh the Faces of EE campaign & "passed the torch" to BPA for the annual Energy Efficiency Jobs in America report while supporting BPA's workforce development efforts via Energy Specialist Apprenticeships. Advancing effective integration of #EnergyEfficiency (EE) with other distributed energy resources will help ensure affordable, clean and equitable energy for all customers.
