Aaron Hossain

Aaron Hossain is currently the Head of Artificial Intelligence at e5 Workflow since September 2025. Previously, Aaron served as a Senior Business System Analyst at BUMA Australia from July 2023 to September 2025 and held multiple roles at e5 Workflow, including Customer Solutions Manager and Solution Architect, from July 2018 to May 2023. Prior experience includes a Solutions Specialist position at TUH, a Senior Business Analyst role at the Department of Education and Training in Queensland, and a Business Analyst/Project Manager position at the University of St Andrews. Aaron also worked as a Senior Systems Analyst at the University of Abertay Dundee and began a career in IT as an IT Support professional at Kanthal Ltd. Aaron holds a PGDip in Information Technology and a BSc in Computing and Applied Physics from Abertay University.
