Stephane Lanfrey

Stephane Lanfrey currently serves as the Remote Support Manager at E80 Group since January 2024. Previously, Lanfrey held the position of GN Technical Support Manager for Europe at Infovista from February 2022 to December 2023. Prior to that, Lanfrey worked as the Technical Support Lead for the GCC Business Line at Empirix, an Infovista company, from January 2020 to February 2022, where responsibilities included providing technical reference to support teams across various regions. Lanfrey's extensive experience in technical roles started at XSTREAM srl, where as CTO, oversight included supervision of escalation levels, infrastructure monitoring, and training. Earlier positions include serving as a Telecommunication Specialist at Site Sistemi srl and as a Computer Technician at Com.Int sas. Lanfrey completed a Diploma in Electrical Engineering at Istituto Tecnico Industriale L. Nobili from 1990 to 1994.
