Kevin Grace

Kevin Grace has an extensive work experience in the telecom and technology industries. Kevin began their career in 2004 as the President and Senior Software Engineer at Mithril Corporation, a company they founded that offered full stack custom software development services and business process automation services. In 2007, they joined Unite Wireless as Executive Vice President of Software Development and Business Analytics. In 2009, they moved to Rise Broadband as Corporate MIS Director of Mergers & Acquisitions. In 2011, they co-founded Nextlink, a company that offers internet and voice services to residential, commercial, and enterprise customers. In 2015, they became Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Catalyst Partners, a company that helps transition early stage companies from a product/service focus to a scaled organization. In 2016, they founded the Rising Tide Initiative, a leader and supporter of new ideas, ventures, and creations that ultimately better the lives of those around us. In 2018, they joined Neuro Rehab VR as a Member of the Board of Directors. In 2019, they became Entrepreneur In Residence at the University of Texas at Arlington Research Institute. Most recently in 2020, they became CEO and President of Element8, a company that offers high-quality telecom services and makes a major difference in their communities.

Kevin Grace obtained a Master of Business Administration from Texas Christian University - M.J. Neeley School of Business in 2015. Kevin's field of study included Strategy, Finance, Innovation, Analytics, Economics, Negotiations, Global Business, and Leadership. In 2013, they obtained certifications from DragonWave Inc. and Epygi Technologies for the Deployment and Configuration of VoIP Systems and Precision Deployment of Enterprise Wireless Backhauls, respectively.
