Conrad is an accomplished entrepreneur with five successful startups under his belt, before founding e9digital in 2007.
Conrad’s digital journey began in the nineties, in New York’s famed Silicon Alley. His first web-related position was with an early digital startup as the VP Director of Business Development. It was there Conrad sharpened his skills of being able to translate business and sales goals into the design and technology that would accomplish them.
Instead of being deterred in the early aughts with the bursting of the internet bubble, Conrad was able to pivot and use his experience to start his first software solutions firm, Enzyme Digital—which focused on developing an early ecommerce Software as a Service (SaaS), even though that term wasn’t widely used at the time. When he founded the company in his “garage” otherwise known in New York City as an “apartment,” Conrad was able to keep overhead costs to a minimum. A move that allowed him to focus his capital on procuring top-notch designers and developers to deliver a quality end product. With a successful product and large client base, in 2006 Enzyme Digital was acquired.
In 2007, Conrad reinvested his capital into the launch of a full-service digital branding agency, e9digital. Over the years, this 4-person web studio has evolved into a Google Reviews top-rated digital agency in NYC with 20 plus team members and a portfolio of over two hundred fifty clients. Conrad attributes this growth and success to hiring senior professionals, and then giving them the freedom to do excellent work.
His job title says it all: Client Happiness Officer, and as your senior consultant and advocate, he will make sure that your website looks great, functions superbly and actually helps meet the marketing goals.
