Sandy Vance

Sandy Vance is an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager at EA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc., PBC, since March 2021, where responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers for recruitment support and executing full-cycle recruiting processes. Previously, Sandy served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at the University of Maryland Baltimore County from June 2012 to March 2021, guiding the full-cycle recruitment process and providing consultation on recruitment matters across the campus.
