Tim Startz has extensive experience in program management, having worked at EA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc. since 2005 in roles such as Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager. Prior to this, Tim served as Deputy Program Manager at Tetra Tech EMI from 1997 to 2005 and as Project Manager at Mullins Environmental Testing Co. from 1991 to 1996. Tim holds a BBA in Management/Accounting and an MBA in Finance, as well as a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania.
