Birger Aspaas

Birger Aspaas currently holds the position of Daglig leder at HEIM Boligsystem since May 2023 and has been serving as Forretningsutvikler at E.A. Smith since October 2022. Previously, Birger was the Regiondirektør at Varmbo AS from April to October 2022, overseeing all subsidiaries in the region while ensuring operations aligned with budget and quality standards. From December 2019 to April 2022, Birger acted as Kjededirektør for Nordbohus and Blink Hus, facilitating the merger of the two chain offices to achieve synergy. Prior to this role, Birger served as Administrerende direktør at Nordbohus from April 2015 to April 2020, where responsibilities included strategic changes and the successful sale of the company to Mestergruppen alongside the chairperson.
