Dawn O'Brien is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Asset Investment Management and consultancy for Electricity and Gas Utilities. Previously, Dawn managed multiple teams at EA Technology from 1999 to 2015, honing expertise in standards such as PAS 55/ISO 55000 and Condition Based Risk Management.
